for example, DMB tuner,Interference cancelllation system (ICS) of repeater, Ku-band LNB system.
This lab is also researching on Integrated Passive Devices (IPD) integration to fabricate passive
circuits like combiner, divider, filters, switiches and so on.

Lee Ji-hun AQNMOL's current research focuses are the fabrications of III-V (both arsenide & nitride system) semiconductor quantum- and nano-structures & their applications using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). More specifically, the AQNMOL is dedicated to the development of green energy based devices and technologies that consume less energy and produce high efficiency, which are photovoltaic devices & light emitting diode (LEDs). Also, the lab is dedicated to the characterization of those quantum- and nano-structures as the core of these devices is based on the advancement of these novel materials and structures by using atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoluminescence (PL), etc.
